BURTON BRIDGE SUMMER ALE, makes 40 pints of excellent Golden Ale, when brewed as per the instructions, to give an ABV of 3.8%.
In addition to this kit you will need either 800grms of light dried Malt Extract, or 1kg. Beer Kit Enhancer, or 1kg. Brewing Sugar, to achieve the above results.
BURTON BRIDGE EXTRA STRONG BITTER, produces 30 pints of quality bitter to an ABV of 5.5%.
In addition to this kit you will need 1kg of either Medium or Dark Dried Malt Extract, or 1kg of Beer Kit Enhancer, or Brewing Sugar, or Sugar. We reccomend either the Malt Extract, or Beer Kit Enhancer for both of these kits.
